Worship

We welcome you to join us in worshiping our Lord every Sunday at 10:00 AM.
You are invited to begin the morning with Adult Sunday Bible Class at 9:00 AM
Nursery and Child Care for Toddlers is available during the Worship time.
Our Sunday worship is a traditional service, with a blend of some contemporary elements. We also take great care to express our praise and concerns to the Lord in prayer. On the first Sunday of each month, we celebrate communion together; as in all Methodist churches, our communion table is open to everyone.
Prayer
Be joyful always; pray continually;
give thanks in all circumstances,
for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Prayer is how we communicate with our loving Father.
During Sunday worship, we set aside time for people to pray. After expressing their Joys and Concerns for the week, a Prayer Hymn is sung, followed by moments of silent prayer.
Then, The Pastoral Prayer unites our time of prayer which leads us into reciting The Lord's Prayer in unison.

GraftonUMC followers offer opportunities to study God’s Word in an Adult Sunday Bible Class at 9:00 AM, and a Bible Study on Wednesdays, at 1:00 PM. Everyone is invited.
Seasonal Studies are offered during Advent and Lent led by Pastor Robert Spaulding. Dates and times will be announced in our monthly newsletter, The Carillon.
